The partisan politics starts in the Mayor's office. He demands fierce loyalty from his elected Democrats. This has negatively impacted the management of our City and has stifled citizen participation.

Turns out, the City negotiated with the vendor and taxpayers paid an additional $22,000 to the actual contractor to compensate for the hacking of our computer payment system. Attorney Bolton stated, “With a fund balance of $36 million, he said an extra payment of $22,500 can be absorbed.”

In 2016, City Hall had 2 Corporation attorneys who focused on municipal law and performed the citizens business. Now in 2021, this top heavy legal office seems to have forgotten their duties to the citizens and are focused on those of the Mayor. Bolton is the Mayor’s “Roy Cohn.” Let’s bring back fiscal control to the City.

Police Commissioners have a serious duty to information confidentiality, a smaller board with strong mutual respect will aid in upholding the information confidentiality required of the job.

It is absolutely ridiculous that the City would deny this material as attorney client information. This exemption is being abused by legal offices around the state and Nashua is the biggest offender….Commissioner Pappas and Alderwoman Lu are two exceptional elected officials who were willing to represent the citizens who elected them.

The urban dictionary describes an information whore as someone who has to find out information as soon as possible and someone who has to know everything about everything.

This is reminiscent of Attorney Bolton vile interruption of Ms. Lu in the June 22, 2021 Board of Aldermen meeting. Apparently, the Mayor is taking a page out of Bolton’s book.

I might mention that for all her whining about voter suppression, she is the real voter suppression, dog whistled by her City Hall leaders for what they consider “decenters” to their collective narrative.
